Naagin
Hot Sauce
WHATS IN YOUR NAAGIN
Our mission is to represent India’s rich spice culture on kitchen shelves and dining tables worldwide. Unlike other sauces, we don't use purees and high fructose corn syrup or give you a glorified vinegar-chilli water. Naagin Indian hot sauces were painstakingly created to give you a versatile, high quality, unique product made for the Indian palate.
WHY WE EXIST
Naagin was founded with a rebellious spirit and no small objective: to offer instant taste upgrades to people (of passion) who want better food, and to bring a modern twist to India’s historic and passionate relationship with spices.
Every idea starts with a problem.
Ours was simple: India is the largest consumer and exporter of chillies in the world. Indian cuisine is globally renowned for all things spicy, yet still, the best-selling hot sauce in India is an American product made with chillies from Mexico. That just didn't feel right. It turns out, there was a simple explanation.
THERE WERE NO GOOD ALTERNATIVES.
The food industry is dominated by companies who want you to buy more of the same > not buy new and better. They want you to eat products they know they can sell, not the ones they know you will love.
HOW WE DO FOOD BETTER
We started Naagin to create that alternative. We want to reimagine Indian spices, not the way it is, but how it could be.
We want to explore food, because we’ve never met anyone that said, ‘I don’t like improving my life and I don’t want better tasting food.’ Ever.
By side-stepping traditional channels, by designing our hot sauces and other spice-based taste upgrades in-house and by engaging with customers directly – we’re able to provide uniquely-flavoured, higher-quality, better tasting products designed for your palate.
This is why we all get the same old products with the same old flavours.
WE DON’T WANT YOUR FOOD TO STAND OUT. WE WANT IT TO BE OUTSTANDING.
We believe that improving your food should be easy and fun. It should leave you happy and satiated, with the thrill of continuously being able to try new combinations.
There’s nothing complicated about it. We want to improve your lifelong journey with food exploration.
